Samantha Sumulong is a freelance artist and illustrator of editorial artwork currently pursuing her MA in Illustration at Kingston University in London. Her works celebrate Filipino culture by combining traditional, historical, and modern elements. Previously, Sam sam has worked as an illustrator for Canva and Pushpin Visuals while also running her online stores for illustrative merchandise and digital products. Originally trained in Architecture, she uses her knowledge and understanding of colour, shapes, and form to create bright, warm, bold pieces.
